Alexandria Minto graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Minor in Marketing. Miss Minto is currently continuing her education with a Masters of Business concentrated in the Non Profit arena. Miss Minto recently joined the Tri-State Adjusters team as the Director of Marketing & Business Development to offer a fresh perspective on marketing & business growth strategies. Miss Minto has gained her skills by working with many start up nonprofit organizations.
Miss Minto is a marketing liaison with the firms business partners and the maintenance of solid- ongoing relationships with partners and clients. She implements business development programs & creates new marketing strategies targeted to the firms clientele. Finally, Miss Minto supports administrative elements and new business efforts through research and other activities using traditional and social media listening tools and platforms.
Litigation Field Adjuster , B.S. Criminal Law, West Chester University, resides in Chester County. Thirty years casualty adjusting claim experience. Former employers Metropolitan Property & Casualty, Lindsey and Newsom Claim Services.
Mr. Simasek graduated from West Chester University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Criminal Law. He accepted a position with Metropolitan Property and Casualty in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania where he worked for five years, receiving extensive training in the investigation of Automobile, Casualty and Homeowner liability claims.
Mr. Simasek continued his career with several independent claim adjusting firms before finding a permanent home with Tri-State Insurance Adjusters in 1991. He currently serves as an executive casualty-litigation adjuster and investigator. He works closely with domestic and international Insurers, self-insured entities, TPAs, Trucking Companies and Defense Attorneys in the investigation of complex claims. He attends mediations on behalf of insurers, and has regularly provided testimony at trial. Continuing education is a priority at Tri-State Insurance Adjusters, and Mr. Simasek most recently completed courses through the Commonwealth Academy of Professional Education including Environmental Insurance, Ethics and Estate Administration. He is a registered adjuster with NIPR and a member of NU Property Casualty 360. He also holds an Adjuster’s license in the state of Delaware.

Mr. Little graduated from Wesley College in Dover Delaware in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Marketing. He accepted a position with Tri-State Insurance Adjusters in 1994. For the past twenty five years, He has received extensive training in adjusting of first and third party property and casualty claims for domestic and international insurers.
He works primarily in the property claims field managing and adjusting claims of significant value and exposure. His duties include analyzing coverage, interpretation of policies and legal documents, preparation of estimates, and negotiating with public adjusters, as well as property owners. He is well versed in preparation of large loss reports, Reservation of Rights letters, and coverage disclaimers. Mr. Little is also a fully trained appraiser and has adjusted and resolved multiple claims through the appraisal process. Mr. Little is a Vale Tech graduate, a certified trained Xactimate handler, and possesses a Delaware State property adjuster’s license.
B.A. Economics, Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales, resides in Delaware County. Thirty-five years multi-line claim experience.
Mr. Minto is the President/Owner of Tri-State Insurance Adjusters, Inc. founded in 1985. Mr. Minto is responsible for day to day operations, sales and marketing, while managing millions of dollars annually on large complex property loss claims for domestic and international insurers. Under his leadership, Mr. Minto has expanded Tri States presence into multiple states within the U.S. Mr. Minto has developed a significant client portfolio which extends from the U.S to the Lloyds market in London. Prior to Tri-State, Mr. Minto served in a management capacity for a number of domestic insurers including The Hartford, General Accident, Mutual Fire, and Pennslyvania Lumbermans Mutual.
Mr. Minto has served on a number of regional and statewide claim organizations. He possesses adjusting licenses in New York, Delaware, Georgia, and Florida.
Mrs. Amoruso-Hallman graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology / minor in Early Childhood/Special Education. She began her career as an Administrative Assistant specializing in customer service, computer programming and sole assistant to both the company President and CEO. Mrs. Amoruso-Hallman continued her career at AA World Class Embroidery Corporation becoming the Vice President of Human Resources where she continued with the company for 15 years . Her primary responsibilities included full profit and loss accountability, hiring new employees, company payroll, and primary liason between partner factories in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Mrs. Amoruso-Hallman accepted employment with Tri-State Insurance Adjusters, Inc. in 2015 as a Claims Administrative Assistant. She assists with review of property coverage, claim processing, communicating with the insureds and the carriers, claims management and reporting as well as daily maintanence and monitoring of the computer systems and programs. On occasion she will assist in the field facilitating the investigation an adjustment of routine property and casualty claims.
Chistine Brusco accepted a claims administrative position with Tri-State Insurance Adjusters, Inc. in 1997. Prior to joining Tri-State Insurance Adjusters, Mrs. Brusco worked at Mellon Bank as a Management Assistant to two Vice Presidents. Following employment with Mellon Bank, she served in an Administrative capacity at Royal Insurance Company where she assisted the subrogation department with various administrative duties.
Mrs. Brusco is the primary liaison with Tri-States client base. She lends support with various administrative duties including managing accounts receivables, report preparation and distribution. Mrs. Brusco often assists in the desk adjustment of minor property claims. Additionally, her duties include coverage analysis, estimate preparation, personal property evaluation, and underwriting inspections. Mrs. Brusco provides duel services to both the property and casualty divisions of the company.
Mr. Cherewich graduated from West Virginia University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. After serving on Active Duty in the US Army, Mr. Cherewich worked for the Department of Defense as a GS-5 technician for 2 years. In 1973, he was hired by Allstate Insurance Company. Mr. Cherewich maintained his position with Allstate for 33 years in a variety of Automobile and Homeowner Claim positions.
For the last 10 years of his employment with Allstate, Mr Cherewich was the Automobile and Homeowner Property Manager for the State of New Jersey. During that time, he also served as the Catastrophe Coordination Manager and created many claim handling best practices, including Personal Property theft claims, environmental claims, and field claim adjustments, all of which were adopted countrywide by Allstate, at that time.
In 2006, Mr. Cherewich retired from Allstate. Now with Tri-State Insurance Adjusters, Mr. Cherewich has handled thousands of property damage claims including claims for the National Flood program. Mr. Cherewich is flood certified and licensed in the state of Delaware.
Graduated from Dickinson College 1981. Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Initial position with GAB Business Services in 1982. Completed All Lines training program and worked as a claim representative for 2 years. Continued career at Excelsior Insurance Company as a field adjuster investigating and settling first property claims. In 1985 moved onto a Senior Claim representative position with Aetna and was elevated to Supervisor and eventually Re-inspector where responsibilities included training, evaluation of property claim representatives, and handling of large complex losses.
In 1989 left Aetna and began work as an estimator and project superintendent for Fire-Craft Construction. Fire-Craft was an Insurance restoration company which specialized in mitigation and construction of insurance related claims. Upon leaving Fire Craft in 1996, Mr. Starkman became a General Adjuster for Royal Insurance Company serving as the field Adjuster for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Facilitating onsite inspections of large complex commercial property losses.
In 1999 he began working for Tri- State Insurance Adjusters, Inc. as a General Adjuster handling both residential and commercial claims for domestic and international insurers. Over the past 20 years Mr. Starkman have worked closely with Insurers, TPA’s and Attorneys in the investigation and evaluation of complex Property Damage claims. Mr. Starkman possess a strong background in facilitating catastrophic type losses. Mr. Starkman maintains active adjuster licenses in New York, Florida and Georgia, and have had no problem securing temporary licenses in any state which requires it.
Mr Sacharczyk graduated from U of New Hampshire in 1977 with a BS in Business Management/Marketing. He has served in the Property Claims Department for 40 years at NJM Insurance Group, West Trenton , NJ retiring in January 2018, and accepting a position at Tri-State Adjusters as a field staff adjuster in October 2018.
At NJM, he spent 30 years handling all types of property damage claims as a senior field adjuster. He handled large losses from fire to catastrophe events. For the last 10 years he was a Claims Supervisor in the home office. He supervised field staff in handling all types of property losses with first and third party insureds. He has worked closely with various insurer’s, legal staff, construction experts and public adjusters.
He also supervised the company’s catastrophe claims management internally while directing, coordinating, and managing independent adjusting companies during large claim events. He has an AIC designation and has taken numerous continuing education classes related to property claims.
